The concierge, David, was helpful. The room had a perfect size with an amazing view. The bed was excellent and the overall quality was superb. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and efficient. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and outside areas were excellent.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities, along with the excellent staff. Another positive aspect was the free parking available. the hotel was conveniently located on the beach, only a short distance from both the convention center and westernised shopping centres.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Located within easy reach of the convention center and with several restaurants nearby, the hotel also boasts a peaceful beach just a short walk away. the clean and comfortable rooms come with all amenities needed, including a cozy bed and a spacious bathroom. the staff delivers impeccable service, with attentive and helpful personnel eager to cater to every need. the buffet breakfast offers a variety of dishes that are both delicious and fresh.
Despite the beautiful surroundings, the absence of some common hotel courtesies may cause disappointment.

We had a romantic escape at a hotel with an amazing ocean view. It was great to have a spacious room and a balcony that allowed us to enjoy the stunning scenery. the breakfast had many options to choose from, and we appreciated the fresh juice and fruit selection.

the amenities provided were top-notch, such as the outdoor swimming pool and spa centre. the leisure room was well equipped with comfortable sofas and TV, making for a pleasant and relaxing stay. In-room breakfast service was exceptional and the poolside snack bar exceeded our expectations with delicious and fresh food.

Spending Christmas at the hotel was a real treat! The decoration was stunning and the staff was amazing! The location was perfect, we were close to a beautiful beach where we spent most of our days. Another advantage was the variety of food available in the restaurant, from local to international cuisine, everything was fresh and delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the surroundings.
We did have a few issues during our stay. The communication with some of the staff members was difficult due to the language barrier.
